Counselling and Psychotherapy are terms that cover a range of talking therapies with a qualified therapist. My role includes being able to facilitate the listening and talking that takes place between us and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Therapy sessions offer an opportunity for you to be seen and heard, in a confidential and safe space, by someone who is unbiased, non-judgemental, empathic and objective.
Ultimately whether it be short- or long-term therapy, I aim to help bring about an effective change and enhance the wellbeing of my clients.
